We have been eating well at the Gandhi-Shepard crib. Chef Benjamin has been on a cooking streak.
Monday, it was grilled tuna steaks, mango (YUM!), corn on the cob, baby carrots and a mixed veggie salad. I did cook the tuna just a little too long, but it was still pretty good. The mango was sweet and delicious, and Minal nuked the corn to perfection.
Tuesday, it was chicken pesto pasta, potatoes diablo (we like our food spicy), and mixed veggie salad. And yes it was left over salad from the night before, but Minal spruced it up with some spinach and feta cheese.
