A friend that I work with signed me up to be a participating artist for Fashion Week here in St. Louis.
As my project, I decided to make Michelle Obama paper toys featuring her in three signature outfits, so I choose Michelle’s inaugural dress, inaugural gown and her official White House portrait.
Inspiration for this piece came from the paper toy Web site, CubeeCraft.com (and yes, the Barack Obama paper toy came directly from this site).
